Sometimes we can experience strong emotions that we don’t fully understand in response to something that someone has said or done, or to something that has happened in life.

Often, those emotions stay with us, affecting our mood and how we feel about ourselves.

You can use this set of questions to help you navigate through these emotions - what caused them, how the situation made you feel, and ultimately understand whether there is a self-limiting belief underlying your reaction, that you can reframe into something more supportive for you.
